Essential Safety Measures

What you will need To successfully lodge your AESMR online you will need the following:

A copy of your current compliant AESMR.
If you are an agent of the owner, permission should be sought from the owner of the property to lodge the AESMR on their behalf.
If applicable, your previously lodged AESMR Certification No. (this can be found on your acknowledgement letter upon submission of your previous AESMR lodgement).

Note: Your AESMR should not have any references to any outstanding defects as this would make the document invalid and unacceptable. You will need to attend to any defects prior to lodging the AESMR.
