By selecting this certificate you are confirming that you are the owner or mortgagee of a building or land, or a prescribed building practitioner reporting on a building under Section 137B of the Act, and request the council to provide inspection approval dates of the mandatory notification stages for building work carried out on the building or land.
Owners Authorisation - A person shall not act as the agent of an owner or other person having an equity in the property unless he/she is authorised in writing by the owner to do so.
